Overview
BOQ Group is seeking a Product Manager to support our Lenders Mortgage Insurance portfolio across our retail home lending brands, including BOQ, ME Bank, and Virgin Money.
In this role, you'll work closely with supplier partners like Helia and QBE to support service delivery, ensure compliance, and align outcomes with business objectives.
You'll contribute to governance processes, manage contracts, assist with budgeting, and support initiatives that improve how we operate and serve our customers.
You'll also play a part in evolving LMI processes, working on digital integration projects, collaborating on marketing efforts, and supporting general LMI queries.
The role involves maintaining strong, compliant relationships with LMI providers, managing invoicing and risk assessments, and assisting with attestations.
Responsibilities
Support service delivery, compliance, and alignment of outcomes with business objectives for the Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) portfolio across BOQ Group brands.
Contribute to governance processes, manage contracts, assist with budgeting, and support initiatives to improve operations and customer service.
Evolve LMI processes, participate in digital integration projects, collaborate on marketing efforts, and respond to general LMI queries.
Maintain strong, compliant relationships with LMI providers, manage invoicing and risk assessments, and assist with attestations.
About You
Work with Distribution, Operations and Risk teams to ensure processes meet APRA Prudential Standards and internal policies.
Enjoy building relationships and working across different teams.
Be naturally curious, refine workflows, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Bring insight into risk, compliance, or lending environments, with an understanding of regulatory responsibilities and supplier engagement.
Have experience with Lending and Lenders Mortgage Insurance to contribute to key customer outcomes.
