We are looking for a Junior Commercial Lawyer to join our diverse team.
About the Role
You will be a key member of our team, engaging in a diverse range of matters, including:
* Sale and purchase of businesses
* Drafting commercial agreements
* Negotiating and drafting contract documents
* Leasing negotiations
* General commercial property work
* Estate matters and estate administration
* Drafting Put & Call Options
* Other miscellaneous residential/commercial and estate matters as required
About you
To excel in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years of post-admission experience (PAE), pre-admission experience also considered
* Ability to prioritise
* Initiative to work independently
* Experience using Smokeball, Word, Outlook and PEXA
* Conveyancing experience in NSW, QLD and VIC would be a bonus
