About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team for a 1-month contract role, working on a range of fit-out and small building refurbishment projects.
This is an immediate start opportunity ideal for someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial and light industrial fit-out and refurbishment projects
Review tender documents, plans, and specifications
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess risks
Deliver timely submissions and work closely with the project and construction teams
What Are We Looking For
Proven experience as an Estimator in the fit-out and refurbishment sector
Solid understanding of construction methods and materials
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
