About the Role
This is a hands-on, varied position supporting our busy office and estimation team. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers while keeping our operations running smoothly.
Your day will include:
● Reception & Client Liaison – greet visitors, manage calls, and keep communication professional and friendly
● Scheduling & Coordination – book appointments, manage calendars, and assist with estimation timelines
● Quotation Preparation – help prepare accurate quotes for refurbishment projects
● Fleet Management – oversee vehicle servicing and compliance
● Workplace Health & Safety Support – assist with WHS documentation and compliance
● SiteDocs experience – highly valued but not essential
What We're Looking For
● Solid office administration experience (construction industry experience essential)
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
● Confident communicator who can work independently and as part of a team
● Familiarity with WHS processes (advantageous)
