About the Role
We're on the hunt for a Digital Marketing & Project Coordinator to join our boutique crew. This is a hybrid role that blends client wrangling, project admin, digital delivery, and a solid helping of "making things happen." You'll be the glue between clients, crew, and delivery, helping scope projects, keep everyone on track, and make sure our work is as smooth and impactful as possible.
You might have been called a Digital Producer, Project Coordinator, or Account Manager in other roles – we just want someone who makes digital projects happen
You'll support everything from initial discovery sessions and quoting, through to briefing, feedback, content uploading, and approvals. You'll also get hands‑on with website audits, scoping documents, and supporting our devs with the odd technical or content task. What You'll Do
* Client Liaison: Be the first point of contact for clients—run discovery sessions, gather requirements, manage feedback, and keep everyone in the loop.
* Project Support: Prepare quotes, manage timelines, coordinate approvals, and keep digital projects running smoothly from start to finish.
* Content & Admin: Upload content, prep scoping docs, run website audits, and keep all the digital ducks in a row.
* Tech Support: Get hands‑on with WordPress (Elementor Pro is a big plus), and help troubleshoot or support the crew with technical tasks as needed.
* Process & Delivery: Brief the devs/designers, manage follow‑ups, and help drive projects over the finish line.
* Sales Support: Assist with proposals, quoting, and onboarding new clients.
* Continuous Improvement: Spot ways to make our processes better, faster, and smoother.
What You'll Bring
Must‑Haves
* Solid experience in digital/web project coordination, marketing coordination, or a similar admin/coordinator role (agency experience a bonus).
* Confident working with WordPress (Elementor Pro experience is gold).
* Strong organisational and communication skills. Able to juggle multiple projects and keep everyone on track.
* Comfortable running meetings, managing client expectations, and translating digital jargon into plain English.
* A technical mindset. You're not expected to code from scratch, but you're happy to get hands‑on with web tools, troubleshoot, and learn new platforms.
* Able to work independently, but love being part of a small, collaborative crew.
Nice‑To‑Haves
* Experience with Figma, Klaviyo, Shopify, or EDM platforms.
* Eye for design, usability, and user experience.
* Basic understanding of SEO and Paid META (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
* Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs (easy to learn on the job).
The Details
Location: Flexible. Work from Perth, the South West, or remotely. Critically, you will need to be able to come to Busselton at least once a fortnight for crew catch‑ups.
Hours: Flexible. We're big on work/life balance and happy to chat about what suits you. We've listed this as part time but full time would also be considered if you're able to bring the right mix to the table.
Growth: As EUSO Digital grows, so will you. There's plenty of room to step up, specialise, or carve your own path. We're boutique, so there's no big layers of management etc. It's flat and has the ability to grow anyway we want #exciting.
