In this role, you will be the backbone of the team by overseeing daily operations, coordinating training activities, ensuring compliance with the VET Quality Framework and managing and upskilling your team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a dedicated team by offering guidance, support, and ongoing professional developmentPartake in recruitment, performance development, and initiatives for staff professional growthOversee training scheduling and completion, ensuring compliance with regulationsEnsure compliance with RTO regulations and standards as set by ASQAWork with the sales team to drive both current and new business opportunitiesEffectively contribute to and promote sales initiativesSupport the General Manager in achieving operational goalsInspire and motivate the team to meet or exceed productivity targetsEnsure monthly KPIs and budgets are reached, and prepare relevant reportsRequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar roleProven track record in an RTO, with a solid grasp of the VET Quality Framework and compliance requirementsSuccessful in managing, upskilling, and developing teams to reach their full potentialCapable of implementing systems and processes that foster continuous improvementStrong coordination skills to help motivate and develop a team of trainers, sales and administration staffExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationshipsA current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification is desirableA valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car are requiredIf you're ready to make an impact by leading a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!About UsFounded in 1968, Ashley Services Group Limited (ASG) is a leading Labour Hire, Technical Services, and Training organisation with over 50 years of expertise in workforce management.
