We're on the lookout for reliable, hands-on Concreters to join our team. If you've got experience across formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, and finishing we want to hear from you.
This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role in a busy precast yard. You'll need to be adaptable, safety-focused, and willing to get stuck in across different areas of production.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your experience, your day-to-day may include:
* Preparing and cleaning moulds
* Reading and interpreting basic drawings or instructions
* Placing and tying reinforcement
* Setting up timber or steel formwork
* Pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete
* Stripping and cleaning precast components
* Using hand and power tools
* Operating machinery (if licensed)
* General yard duties and housekeeping

* Willingness to rotate across different tasks in the yard
* Commitment to safe work practices
Minimum Requirements
* White Card
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
* Able to commit to early starts and full-time hours
* Previous experience in precast, formwork, or concrete (preferred)
* Concrete finishing experience and screeding
* Willing to follow safety procedures and wear PPE
* Able to take direction and work within a team
Highly Regarded (Not Essential)
* Ability to read construction or shop drawings
* Experience in precast concrete production
* Forklift, Dogman, or Rigging tickets
* EWP, Working at Heights, or other site tickets
* Reliable transport (site based in Cardup)
