Regional Territory Sales Manager
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our Melbourne East Independents territory, covering the regions of Melbourne's East, South-East and designated areas.
* Implement Lindt sales strategies, focusing on upselling and maximizing sales across all customer segments.
* Grow sales and brand presence through optimized distribution, in-store execution, and securing prime shelf space.
* Pursue new product distribution targets and cultivate strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to introduce innovative retail solutions and deliver exceptional store performance, ensuring displays meet our premium standards.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven sales and/or FMCG experience, preferably in independent grocery or supermarket management.
* Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends and drive business growth and improvement.
* Strong relationship-building skills and commercial acumen to negotiate key placements and close deals.
* Basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and a valid Driver's Licence.
