About The Role
* Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that's neurological, hydrotherapy, assistive technology, paediatrics, aged care or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
* Focus on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex care needs, physical or neurological conditions, intellectual disabilities, and psychosocial challenges.
* Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Townsville office.
* Receive regular weekly clinical supervision along with professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
* Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
* Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.

About You
* You hold a relevant Tertiary Qualification in Physiotherapy.
* You have 1+ years experience working as a Physiotherapist.
* You have 1+ years experience working directly with NDIS clients.
* Have a strong understanding of the health, aged and disability sectors, preferably within a community-based setting.
* You will hold full Australian working rights. While we'd love to consider all applicants, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
* You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
* You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Blue Card.
