Early Childhood Educator
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Anglicare (NSW South, West & ACT).
The successful applicant will work with our Toddler age group at our Calwell Early Childhood Centre, located in Calwell, ACT.
Anglicare Early Years deliver engaging education, holistic care and supportive service to children and families, particularly those most in need within our community.
Our approach is underpinned by the National Quality Standards, which guide our practice and inform our programs. We strive to create an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
* SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION AND DELIVERY OF HIGH-QUALITY EDUCATIONAL PLAY-BASED PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN AGED BETWEEN 0-5 YEARS
* ESTABLISH WARM, NURTURING RELATIONSHIPS WITH EACH CHILD AND FRIENDLY, SUPPORTIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEIR FAMILIES
* SUPPORT AND CONTRIBUTE TO OUR INNOVATIVE AND RESPONSIVE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS INFORMED BY THE PRINCIPLES, PRACTICES, AND OUTCOMES OF THE EARLY YEARS LEARNING FRAMEWORK
Requirements:
* A recognised qualification in early childhood education and care, such as the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
* A DEEP COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN'S SAFETY AND WELLBEING
* EXPERIENCE WORKING IN AN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND CARE SETTING
