We are a growing lawn and garden maintenance business based in the Geelong area, seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join the team.
This role offers a clear pathway from working alongside the owner to eventually managing your own run independently.
The Role
• Lawn mowing, edging, blowing
• General garden maintenance
• Outdoor, physically active work
• Working alongside the owner during the training phase
• Progression to independently managing jobs and a daily schedule

The successful applicant will be trained to:
• Maintain properties to a high standard
• Work efficiently and independently
• Manage their own daily run over time - Which can mean more family time if done correctly.

Pay & Hours
• Starting rate: $35 per hour
• 2–3 days per week initially
• Opportunity to increase to full-time hours
About You
• Reliable and punctual (non-negotiable)
• Strong work ethic and takes pride in your work
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Looking for consistent, ongoing work
Previous experience in mowing, gardening, or outdoor work is beneficial but not essential.
This Role Is Not Suitable If
• You are unreliable or inconsistent
• You prefer minimal supervision or direction
• You are looking for short-term or casual work only
