We are currently looking for Team Leaders and Traffic Controllers to join us, working on multiple major projects, new and existing in Wollongong and nearby suburbs.

Duties
* Perform all tasks associated with traffic management for works or events
* Use of Stop/Slow Bat to control traffic
* Implement and monitor operational Traffic Management Plans
* Lead and mentor Traffic Control crews
* Provide coaching and training to team members onsite
* Complete vehicle pre-start checks
* Load and unload vehicles with signage and equipment
* Complete site hazard assessments and implement control measures to suit the site
* Report on site hazards and near misses
* Monitor traffic behaviour and or flow to ensure safety is maintained at all times
* Control traffic, pedestrians and cyclists to protect maintenance workers, work crews and members of the public
Skills & Experience
* Traffic Controller Qualification
* Implement Traffic Control Plans Qualification
* AFPA Workers on Foot Certificate
* WHS General Induction (White) Card
* Team Leader experience
* Unrestricted Drivers Licence
* Own Transport - reliable and willing to travel.
* Undergo mandatory drug and alcohol screening.
* Willing to work in an "On Call" environment.
* Ability to work flexible hours
* Willing to learn and expand your skills
