As a Senior Retail Leadership professional, you will oversee the training and development of store teams, monitor their performance, ensure effective succession planning, and coordinate new store openings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for store teams
* Monitor and analyze store/team performance metrics - customer service, visual merchandising, stock management & staffing
* Implement proactive succession planning strategies through targeted recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
* Coordinate new store launches, including logistics, staffing, and training initiatives
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in senior retail leadership roles
* Proven expertise in people management, visual merchandising, and inventory control
* Exceptional communication and analytical skills
* Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities
* A reliable mode of transport and valid driver's license
