About the Role:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Supply Chain Director to join our ANZ business. In this role you will be the Leader to develop and deliver Alstom’s ANZ Supply Chain strategy. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the team across the ANZ business and making sure all project milestones related to Supply Chain are met and stakeholders are informed.
We’ll look to you for:
* Coaching and mentoring the wider ANZ Supply Chain Team to deliver the Alstom Supply Chain strategy in line with Alstom’s values of Agile, Inclusive and Responsible.
* Setting up standards, process, methods and tools.
* Providing structure and ways of working for the wider team.
* Strong knowledge and ability to articulate what Integrated Supply Chain Management looks like.
* Good understanding of inventory, systems and process as it related to Supply Chain Management.
* Prepare and manage the ANZ Supply Chain budget.
About You:
* Demonstrated leadership capability
* Ability to communicate at all levels within the organsiation
* Previous experience working in a complex, matrix project delivery led organisation
* Strategic mindset, with the ability to articulate this in an understandable way for the wider team to be able to execute.
* Relevant qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Project Management or similar.
