Snyders Painting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our leadership and delivery team. This role presents an opportunity for a commercially minded professional to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects across heritage, government, education, commercial, and high-end residential sectors .

The Role
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for:
* End‑to‑end project delivery from award through to completion
* Programming, resourcing, and coordination of internal teams and subcontractors
* Client communication, progress reporting, and stakeholder management
* Cost tracking, variations, and commercial performance
* WHS compliance, site documentation, and quality assurance
* Contributing to continuous improvement of systems and processes
About You
You will bring:
* Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager within construction or trade‑based contracting
* Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
* A professional, solutions‑focused approach to problem solving
* Sound knowledge of WHS obligations and site compliance
* The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with confidence
