Job Title: Insurance Broker Support
The role of an Insurance Broker Support professional involves providing assistance to clients in managing their insurance portfolios. This includes working directly with client managers, assisting with tender responses, policy wordings, renewals, claims histories, endorsements, and reporting.
* Assisting with client account portfolio management
* Working directly alongside client managers
* Directly managing client queries and being a subject matter expert for all their portfolio needs
* Attending client meetings and managing relationships with insurers
* Assisting with tender responses, policy wordings, renewals, claims histories, endorsements, and reporting
* Managing quote slips and placing slips
* Managing invoicing and complex premium calculations
* Providing leadership and training to Service Specialists
The successful candidate will have relevant experience working within the commercial Insurance Sector as a broker or similar. They will also possess comparable client account management or broking experience, commitment to exceptional client service, exceptional relationship and communication skills, and desire to develop skills and knowledge set through ongoing training.
