This graduate program is designed to provide you with a well-rounded knowledge base and 1-1 mentorship from a senior clinician to ensure you are supported as you learn.
The program will give you the chance to work with a team of dedicated allied health professionals, supporting clients on their journey to return to work and life after physical or psychological injury.
You'll be responsible for providing initial rehabilitation assessment and planning to assist clients with physical injuries and secondary psychosocial barriers to participate in Graduated Return to Work Programs.
Additional responsibilities include case management for clients with return to same employment or transition to new employment, worksite assessments, functional capacity evaluations, home office and vehicle ergonomic assessments, delivering injury prevention training relevant for customer need, complete work task analyses and prepare job dictionaries.
You'll also be responsible for coordinating a holistic treatment approach for the client's condition, regularly liaising with treating practitioners to monitor progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as needed.
A key part of this role will be working with veterans to support their psychosocial, medical and vocational goals, given opportunities to work across multiple state- and national-based insurance schemes, and with self-insured employers.
As a Graduate Physiotherapist you will have the opportunity to train to deliver the Virtual Reality Empowered Pain program for clients with persistent pain presentations.

To be successful in this role you'll need to hold a degree in physiotherapy, be eligible for AHPRA membership upon graduating, have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025, agree to a pre-employment national criminal check prior to employment, have full Australian working rights, hold a full drivers' license, your own vehicle and comprehensive insurance.
