What You'll Do
This role involves key tasks essential to our harvesting operations :
* Picking : Identify and pick ripe, firm, and completely blue blueberries.
* Sorting : Place picked blueberries in buckets, sort them at picking stations, and ensure quality before sending them to the Packing Shed.
Your Skills & Experience
We're looking for individuals who have the following qualifications and physical capability to excel in this role :
* Must have a driver's license
* Ability to follow instructions and procedures
* Must be physically fit and healthy
