Responsibilities:
o Gathering and understanding business requirements for data visualization and analysis
o Collaborating with workforce analysts, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts on business processes to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes
o Creating complex DAX calculations and measures to support data analysis
o Ensuring data security and compliance with best practices, governance frameworks, and privacy principles
o Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Power BI reports
Skills:
o Planning, scheduling, and leading a project to a successful outcome, particularly in a Power BI implementation project scenario
o Proficiency in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation
o Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization concepts
o Knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculations
o Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
o Adaptability to changing business requirements
o A bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, or relevant fields is desirable
o Power BI certifications are a plus
