Job Description:
A Great opportunity for a Field Laboratory Technician in Traralgon.
Duties include however not limited to:
To provide a sample pick up and drop off service to SGS key clients.
Sample bottle preparation and assist sample receipt on Traralgon site.
Perform laboratory analysis as per SGS methods and procedures.
To perform sampling, analysis and reporting to relevant standards and as per client requirements.
Perform QC checks, calibrations on field instruments and take action accordingly.
Qualifications:
Qualifications in Environmental or Chemistry fields.
Previous experience in a laboratory workplace or field sampling role (desirable).
Possess basic report writing skills.
Victorian driver's license.
Understanding of measurement and testing techniques related to environmental field sampling.
