The Role
* This full-time position involves preparing high-quality, buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and events
* The successful candidate will maintain strict adherence to catering standards, ensure compliance with OH&S and HACCP regulations, and prioritise waste reduction
* Responsibilities include managing inventory, receiving supplies, monitoring cold room controls, and providing exceptional customer service during all interactions
The Requirements
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is essential
* A valid licence and access to transportation are required to travel to site (no public transport available)
* Proven experience working in large commercial kitchens is necessary
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety practices is required
* A passion for quality, attention to detail, and presentation is essential
