Job Title
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and well-being of all staff, students, and visitors by supporting the school administration team to facilitate Workplace Health and Safety protocols within the school environment.
This includes preparing and maintaining duty rosters, handling filing, prioritizing tasks, coordinating calendars, and administering appointments. Additionally, you will assist with marketing projects, obtain quotes for merchandise and advertising, and work closely with the enrollments officer to enter and retrieve data, prepare spreadsheets, and create summaries.
This role is crucial for maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment, ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations, and fostering a culture of safety within the school community while supporting administrative functions and facility management.

Requirements:
* Hold a Working with Children Blue Card
* Be fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education
* Hold a current Direct Aid and CPR certificate
