The role of an Oversized Load Transport Specialist is vital to the success of our operations in the mining and construction industry.
You will be responsible for transporting oversized loads to customer sites, conducting thorough pre-start checks, and ensuring loads are securely fastened during transit.
Your primary goal will be to ensure a safe and efficient transportation process while providing excellent customer service with a proactive approach.
Key responsibilities include:
* Transporting oversized loads to customer locations
* Conducting comprehensive pre-start checks prior to transportation
* Ensuring loads are securely fastened before and during transit
* Maintaining adherence to safety standards
* Performing routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment as needed
* Providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:
* Oversized Load Transportation Permit
* Valid Driver's License
* Machinery operation certification
* Strong knowledge and practice of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards
* Experience with long-distance trips
* Heavy haulage experience required
