About the role As a Client Services Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in managing client relationships, connecting clients with the right services, and supporting our customer service functions. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing incoming calls, and ensuring seamless client engagement. This role will be working across our Allambie Heights and Ryde sites. You will initially be required to work in the office as you settle into the role and build relationships within the business. Flexible/Hybrid Working arrangements will be available after 6 months. Responsibilities of the role (not limited to): Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Service Coordination: Connect clients with appropriate services and supports, managing their journey from start to finish. Customer Service Support: Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and resolve day-to-day service delivery queries. Workflow Management: Prioritise tasks effectively to manage your caseload and meet KPIs. About you: Customer Service Excellence: Proven experience in a call centre environment or medical reception with outstanding customer service skills. Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. KPI Achievement: Experience working towards and achieving KPIs. Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft suite and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is desirable.
