$85,000 - $95,000 Per Annum + Super based on your experience as a Service Advisor and RDO option.

Manage a variety of customer jobs - Whilst we do plenty of logbook service work, the majority of our workshop jobs are larger more complex jobs, giving our service advisors a lower volume of customers and jobs to manage on a daily basis, therefore allowing our team to spend the time required to give our customer a level of service they deserve.

One Stop Shop - To ensure our customer's jobs can keep flowing, we have a "fully stocked" warehouse onsite carrying over 10,000 product lines with a dedicated parts interpreter located in our workshop ready to quote your parts or add them to RO's as required. We also have a dedicated team that work in our parts rebuilding room along with a fully equipped machine shop to ensure where possible we are repairing & rebuilding rather than just replacing our customers parts.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7.30am–5pm
Pay: $85,000 - $95,000 Per Annum based on your experience as a Service Advisor, your Mechanical Aptitude and RDO option.
Includes 4 Weeks Per Year Annual Leave
Position Description:
The Service Advisor is the first point of contact with our customers.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
As many of our jobs are fairly comprehensive, you should have a strong understanding of automotive technology, parts and accessories.
Job Role Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
You will have strong customer service & organisational skills.
The ability to translate automotive jargon into layman's terms for customer benefit.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain a calm and patient demeanour.
Meeting and greeting of our customers.
Confirming work to be carried out and agreed collection time.
Consulting with Workshop Foreman regarding necessary repairs and collection times.
Updating customers on progress of service/repairs and any changes with collection times.
Providing customers with accurate repair estimates where required and gaining approval for repairs.
Managing and overseeing the workflow and schedule.
Taking phone calls, making booking and providing customers with technical advice where suited.
Liaising with our Parts Departments to arrange parts for future repairs.
Managing any customer concern in a timely and professional manner.
Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area.
Finalising invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
