About You

* Degree qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of current HR and IR legislative regulations.
* Ability to interpret multiple awards and provide guidance on compliance.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
