Export Operations Officer

We're seeking an experienced Export Operations Officer to join our Chullora site and play a critical role in delivering seamless export outcomes across our international markets. This is a hands‐on, operational role responsible for executing end‐to‐end export processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and on‐time delivery.
You'll work closely with Planning, QA, Operations and Logistics teams to ensure Primo products reach global customers efficiently, safely, and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and execute end‐to‐end export operations from documentation preparation through to shipment dispatch and delivery
* Prepare, verify, and control export documentation including commercial invoices, picking lists, MTCs, flowcharts, and traceability records
* Ensure all exports comply with regulatory, customer, and destination‐country requirements
* Manage export labelling, including AI and AA regulatory labels, ensuring correct application and reconciliation
* Maintain accurate tallies, secure storage, and audit‐ready records of all export labels
* Manage inbound and outbound MTCs to support full product traceability
* Coordinate road, sea, and air freight bookings with transport providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
* Monitor export shipments and proactively resolve delays, disruptions, or compliance risks
* Prepare load plans, dispatch schedules, and transport instructions
* Manage temperature monitoring devices for temperature‐controlled shipments, including activation, retrieval, reporting, and deviation escalation
* Support export planning, capacity management, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Provide cross‐functional support to supply chain, quality, operations, and customer service teams
* Proactively elevate operational risks, delays, or compliance issues to the Factory Logistics Manager
About You
* 2–4 years' experience in export operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain administration
* Strong understanding of export documentation, traceability, and international shipping processes
* Experience working in FMCG, manufacturing, food, or other fast‐paced operational environments
* High attention to detail with strong organisational and time‐management skills
* Confident communicator who enjoys working cross‐functionally and in hands‐on operational environments
* Valid forklift licence (preferred but not mandatory)
