The Opportunity As the face of the business, you will take ownership of the front-of-house function while providing essential administrative and operational support across the organisation. This role suits someone who thrives in a service-driven environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities with confidence. Key Responsibilities Create a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience for all visitors and staff Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and deliveries efficiently Coordinate meeting rooms, bookings, and office logistics Handle internal requests, triaging and following up to ensure timely resolution Provide administrative support to various teams across the business Assist with workplace initiatives, projects, and reporting requirements Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted support point Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture About You Previous experience in reception, administration, or a similar support role Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) A natural communicator with a warm, approachable, and professional style Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to multitask, prioritise effectively, and remain calm under pressure Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service Desirable Experience Exposure to telephony or reception systems (e.g. call handling platforms) Experience using helpdesk or workflow management systems Why Apply?
