About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Brisbane office and play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming, and well‐coordinated workplace for our clients and team. This role sits at the centre of our day‐to‐day operations, providing vital support across reception, office administration, meetings, and events.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide friendly, professional reception coverage during lunch breaks and planned leave.
* Prepare and reset meeting rooms to be consistently welcoming and presentation‐ready.
* Serve tea and coffee for clients and internal meetings, creating a polished experience.
* Collect, scan, and distribute daily mail and handle outgoing mail, including Post Office errands.
* Prepare parcels and coordinate all mail dispatch activities.
* Support general office tidiness, including running dishwashers and maintaining shared spaces.
* Work closely with the Events Team on planning and coordinating office events, assist with event setup and pack down, prepare name tags, and liaise with caterers.
* Assist with basic invoice processing and prepare email distributions for the Business Advisory team.
* Provide data clean‐up and administrative support to PAs and other teams as needed.
Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Outstanding attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all tasks.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team, managing competing priorities with a positive approach.
