The role: where leadership meets community
In This Role, You'll
Lead the daily operations of Golden Ponds, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and proud to call it home.
Deliver on the Village Improvement Plan, driving continuous growth and improvement.
Build strong relationships with residents, committees, families, contractors, and the local community.
Manage budgets and financial performance to keep the village sustainable and thriving.
Champion compliance, safety, and wellbeing, ensuring the highest standards across the community.
Inspire and develop your team, helping them deliver outstanding service and care.
About You
You're a natural leader who thrives on building relationships and creating meaningful experiences.
You'll bring:
Experience in retirement living, property/facility management, hospitality, or a related service industry.
Strong people leadership skills with a focus on empathy, resilience, and communication.
Solid knowledge of budget management, compliance, and work health & safety.
Confidence with technology and systems to support daily operations and reporting.
A genuine passion for helping people live well, with the ability to balance resident needs and business goals.
