Corporate Relationship Manager
This role is part of the FitT Management Committee (MC) – Community Engagement and reports into it.
* Grow and retain corporate partnerships by developing long-term relationships with assigned corporate customers.
* Support the Community Engagement Lead in maintaining existing relationships with corporate partners.
* Manage enquiries from corporates and liaise with other leads to assist with package inclusions.
* Assist with ad-hoc duties, including helping corporates complete attendee names for events and gathering marketing material.
The key accountabilities include:
* Safeguarding retention and satisfaction of client portfolios.
* Managing pipeline and achieving targets.
* Recruiting new corporate sponsors when necessary to achieve financial goals.
* Supporting the MC – Operations with ad-hoc duties and projects.
The ideal candidate has experience in account management, customer success, or business development within technology. They should be able to have strategic discussions with senior stakeholders and execute on tactical activities. Strong personal attributes include a willingness to contribute actively to a voluntary group, energy to promote the vision of FitT, and ability to clearly articulate ideas within a group and to external parties.
