**Job description**:
We have two exciting opportunities with a Federal Government client for ICT recruitment leaders for a period of 12 months. These positions can be located in any capital city.
**Assistant Director, ICT Recruitment Specialist **is responsible for leading strategic focus on the digital talent attraction strategy and responsible for the planning, attracting and recruiting of ICT technical positions across a range of digital functions. You will have end to end recruitment experience gained from a similar multi-disciplined organisation or alternatively agency experience. This position sits within the Strategy and Workplace Planning team which are responsible for supporting the Commission to respond effectively to current and future workforce requirements.
**Qualification, skills and experience required**:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources and / or IT and / or equivalent industry experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in leading the design, development and implementation of recruitment strategies for IT specialists.
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, communicate with influence and engage in difficult conversations with tact and discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, exercise sound judgment and convert strategies into clearly articulated, goal-oriented action plans to achieve positive outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead a team, drive innovation and a culture of collaboration and outcome delivery.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understand and actively demonstrate the APS Code of Conduct and Values.
**APS6 Recruitment Specialist **is responsible for the implementation of the digital talent attract strategies and will also be responsible for implanting and recruiting for technical positions.
**Qualification, skills and experience required**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and / or IT and / or equivalent industry experience in a similar role.
- End to end recruitment using a digital platform.
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation of the digital talent attraction strategies for IT Specialists.
- Lead the strategic focus on digital talent attraction.
- Development, modifying and maintaining of accurate resource plans.
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
- Consulting and collaborating with ICT Business Area Managers to identify critical roles, current and future recruitment, retention and succession planning.
- Demonstrated robust recruitment reporting.
- Supervising and guiding a small team including allocation and management of workload.
- Strong stakeholder engagement.
- Understand and actively demonstrate the APS Code of Conduct and Values.
