About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to play a pivotal role in delivering strong commercial outcomes that are paramount to our continued success.
The successful candidate will review and monitor contractual and financial matters, ensuring comprehensive understanding of all head contract requirements and subcontractor/supplier agreements.
* Contract Management Excellence - Ensure supply chain alignment with head contract rights and obligations.
* Strategic Negotiations - Lead contract negotiations with confidence and commercial acumen.
* Scope & Cost Analysis - Assess and review work scope for total cost implications and delivery requirements, including critical project milestones.
* Stakeholder Engagement - Liaise effectively with internal and external parties to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
* Dispute Resolution - Coordinate and manage claims and disputes with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, finance, accounting, legal studies, or business discipline (preferred).
* 2-6 years' experience in a similar contracts administration role within the construction industry.
* Commercial Expertise - Proven track record leading commercial negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Communication Skills - Natural relationship builder with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Technical Competence - Strong technical expertise with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
