ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Their reputation has allowed them to win some landmark projects within the Commercial, Residential, Industrial Sectors. As a result of their growing opportunities they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor that would like to gain experience within those sectors.
The company is also known for their strong employee retention rates due to their ability to execute work life balance. You will be working a maximum of 40 hours per week.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all QS work such as measurement, Cost planning, etc. You'll need to work within a team of Quantity Surveyors in order to ensure that timeframes and budgets are met. As a quantity surveyor you will be reporting to the Senior team.
DUTIES.
* Manage clients and other stakeholders
* Responsible for variations and progress claims
* Conduct Contracts Administration services
* Responsible for measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities/ pre-tender estimates.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
* A bachelor's degree in project management or construction management majoring in Quantity Surveyor
* Minimum 4yrs Quantity Surveying experience
* Work well within a team
* Previous experience working for a consultancy firm
