The Role
We're looking for a skilled, motivatedChef de Partieto join our tight and professional kitchen team.
You'll work across multiple sections, contribute ideas, and help deliver a consistent, high-quality offering—from snacks and woodfired dishes to steak night specials and seasonal menus.
What You'll Be Doing
Running your section with confidence and consistency
Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard in a fast-paced service
Assisting with menu development and specials
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient workspace
Upholding food safety and kitchen standards
Supporting and mentoring junior staff
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a CDP or strong Demi ready to step up
A passion for woodfire cooking, seasonal produce and modern bistro food
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A team-first attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Reliability, professionalism and a genuine love for hospitality
