About the role:
Telwater is seeking a Purchsing Administrator to join our Procurement team based in Coomera. As a key member of the Purchasing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our procurement administration processes.
This is a permanent full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with strong administrative skills and an analytical mindset. Our office hours are 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Duties include:
* Proactively coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure appropriate levels of inventory and raw materials are available in a timely and accurate manner to fulfil production requirements
* Maintain supplier relationships and communication to track and confirm delivery schedules
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements.
* Identifying cost-saving and new product opportunities
* Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities to facilitate reporting and analysis.

* Previous experience in a procurement, purchasing, warehouse administration or distribution role would be highly regarded.
