Branch Administrator - ACT
Kanga loaders, Australia's leading manufacturer & distributor of compact skid steer loaders are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
The Role:
We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic person to join our team. Based in a Queanbeyan branch and reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative sales and after sales support at branch level including customer service. You will be highly motivated, passionate with the ability to multitask in a fast and challenging setting.
Having knowledge and experience with machinery products, attachment, parts and services would be preferred but not essential.
You will be responsible for:
Assist with sales/admin/account support to the business
Provide quality customer service both over the phone and face to face
Entering sales, parts orders and updating delivery status
Coordinate trade shows and other company events
Reception and administration duties
Daily payment reconciliations and purchase order matching to invoices
General branch responsibilities
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and complaint handling skills
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office packages - Microsoft Word, Excel, Corel,
Ability to work autonomously
Time management is paramount with the ability to multi-task
Valid driver's license
Forklift license desirable
