Valuation Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support to our Valuations team.

1. Responsibilities:
* Classify, index, maintain, and update filing systems
* Coordinate with valuers, prioritizing tasks and communicating progress
* Monitor the valuation process, identifying and resolving issues or discrepancies
* Compose correspondence
2. Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Effective organization and time management skills
* Accurate typing ability
* Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Capacity to meet deadlines
