Gas Engineer Position
This role involves comprehensive responsibility for the design, execution, and support of gas-related engineering projects across diverse industrial customer sites. You will play a key part in delivering safe, high-quality engineering solutions while supporting business growth through technical expertise and strong customer engagement.
* You will provide technical assistance for customer projects and sales opportunities
* Develop proposals, designs, cost estimates and quotations in line with customer needs and agreed timelines
* Manage end-to-end project delivery—including installation, commissioning, training, documentation and handover
* In addition, Implement global Best Operating Practices (BOPs) across process, equipment, safety and technology
* You will conduct HAZOPs, EMOCs, risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry and statutory requirements
* Undertake site audits, support trials, and optimise customer processes post-installation
* Furthermore, prepare regular updates and reports on project progress, costs and performance
* Coordinate logistics, parts, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless installation delivery
We are seeking a Gas Engineer who has a bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemicals, petroleum, mechatronics or industrial engineering. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years' experience in gas, engineering, or construction-related industries and possesses sound understanding of project and risk management principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
