We're currently looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant (Operations Focus) to join our Chadstone team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys keeping things organised and takes pride in delivering operational excellence while supporting an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role
As a Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant (Operations Focus), you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the store while also assisting customers on the shop floor when required.
Working closely with the Store Leadership Team, you'll help ensure stock is processed efficiently, the shop floor is maintained to a premium standard and operational processes run smoothly.
This is a hands-on role that combines retail operations, stock management and customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing stock deliveries, inventory processing and replenishment
* Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting stocktake activities
* Ensuring product is replenished and presented to company standards
* Supporting visual merchandising execution and floor moves
* Assisting with stock organisation and back-of-house operations
* Supporting day-to-day store operations and administration
* Delivering exceptional customer service when required
* Contributing to a positive and high-performing team environment
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
* Previous retail operations, stock control or inventory experience preferred
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
* Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
* Comfortable managing stock movement and physical product handling
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable, proactive and solutions-focused
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure
* Available to work weekdays, weekends and peak retail periods
Experience in fashion, apparel or large-format retail environments will be highly regarded.
