Role & Duties
Minimal out of office work, giving you more time to do what you do best... manage client relationships
* Portfolio within close proximity to the office
* VA support
* Full support with leasing & PCRs
* Admin & Accounts support
* Inhouse inspections agent & BDM
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants & contractors
* Ensure legislative requirements are met and portfolio remains compliant
About You
This role is perfect for an experienced property manager who knows the South West market well. You should be organised, proactive, and skilled at building strong relationships with your clients. You value teamwork and collaboration, and want to efficiently manage a local portfolio with solid support.
* A current Property Management Registration (WA)
* Valid WA driver's licence
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to delegate and manage tasks effectively
* Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
