About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably in banking, insurance or finance. They will also possess a general knowledge of Superannuation gained from work experience in a financial services organisation.
Key responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer support with in-depth knowledge of Superannuation and investments. The successful candidate will be able to answer calls and handle inquiries related to Superannuation, manage client accounts and facilitate transactions.
A strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette is essential for this role. The candidate will collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
* 6 months of customer service experience in banking, insurance or finance
* General knowledge of Superannuation gained from work experience in a financial services organisation
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
