Job Summary
This is a casual opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team and provide clinical care and support services for residents in our home, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing and monitoring the care of residents, using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making, developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships, collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve resident outcomes, and participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team.
The Role Requires:
* Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
* Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
* Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge)
* Valid working rights in Australia
* Complete a police check
* Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
* Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
