We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring seamless customer service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and bar.
* Team Management: Manage, lead, and motivate staff to maintain a high-performing team culture.
* Financial Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and manage financial performance.
* Marketing and Promotions: Work closely with the marketing department to develop marketing material and promotions for the restaurant.
* Staff Development: Create budgets, monitor financial performance, and roster according to department needs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience: A minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
* Certification: Possession of a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
* Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing staff, with a strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.
* Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including product knowledge, industry trends, and regulations.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, customers, and senior management.
