Whatyou'lldo:
Support Finance function modernisation: Helping the shift from transaction processing to data-led insights for trusted decision making
Assistin ProcessOptimisation:Participatingin processmodernisation, activity analysis, risk and control design, and continuous monitoring
Contribute to Finance System Implementation Support: Assisting with business cases, chart of accounts design, program management, and control design/assurance
Support Costoptimisationinitiatives: Helpingdetermineoperating model and commercial benefits to fundmodernisationprograms
Assist with Transactional Change: Contributing to pre or post deal support including governance, accounting, integration, andsynergyrealisation
Whatwe'relooking for:
Financial Expertise: 2-4 years of experience in finance, ideally within financial transformation or advisory, and progress towards or completion of a recognised CA qualification
Collaboration and Development: Ability to work effectively within teams and eagerness to learn from and support more senior colleagues
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely,assistingwith stakeholder engagements
Industry Awareness and Regulatory Understanding: Basic knowledge of industry practices and regulatory requirements, with a willingness to expandexpertisein compliance and legal frameworks
