We are looking for a Project Architect or Project Lead to join us in a permanent, full-time role. This can be a good opportunity for a professional who enjoys participating in multi-residential/ mixed-use projects and is ready to take ownership from post-DA approval through to completion.
About the Role:
* Work on multi-residential & mixed-use building projects with other team members
* Manage & Coordinate CC, Tender and IFC documentation
* Documentation Delivery to meet timelines
About You:
* A qualification in Architecture (registration preferred but not essential)
* Minimum 8 years of experience in multi-residential and mixed-use design and construction industry experience (essential)
* Solid ArchiCAD proficiency and working in 3D
* A good team player
* Strong client, consultant, and stakeholder coordination experience
* Proven experience delivering projects across NSW
* Strong technical knowledge and construction detailing skills
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
* Ability to work with and communicate in a small team but also with our other offices via Teams
* Good understanding of planning controls, NCC, Australian Standards, and the DBP Act
Salary will be dependent upon skills and experience of successful applicant.
This is a full-time, office-based role (5 days per week) located at our Wollongong Head Office. Applicants must have full, ongoing working rights in Australia.
