CEO – Founder-Led Business Ready to Scale
We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the next stage of growth for a services business that has been deliberately designed for large-scale replication.
The business is currently in its infancy, with the foundational model built, early traction proven, and significant demand validated. The opportunity now is to take a clean, well-designed operating model and scale it:
Nationally across Australia
And, over time, internationally
This is not a turnaround role and not a traditional "small business manager" position.
This is a scale-from-early-stage opportunity for someone who knows how to build machines, teams, and systems, not just manage day-to-day activity.
The Right Person for This Role
This role is suited to someone who has already scaled businesses or platform and understands what breaks when growth accelerates.
You will have experience in the following:
Scaling a services, marketplace, or platform business
Multi-site or multi-region operations
Building systems that replace founder dependency
Leading executive teams and operators
International expansion or replication models
Industry background is not critical.
We are far more interested in your ability to scale than your familiarity with any specific trade or sector.
What You Will Be Responsible For
As CEO, you will have full operational leadership responsibility, including:
Translating a strong founding vision into an executable scale plan
Designing and executing national and international expansion
Ensuring the business model remains disciplined and scalable as it grows
Systems & Process
Building repeatable operating systems that work without founder intervention
Establishing clear governance, reporting, and accountability frameworks
Creating documentation, SOPs, and playbooks that enable replication
Leadership & Team
Leading and structuring the executive and management team
Recruiting and developing operators, not firefighters
Creating a performance culture built on clarity and metrics
Commercial & Growth
Overseeing marketing, customer acquisition, and unit economics
Ensuring growth is profitable, not just fast
Protecting brand positioning and customer experience at scale
Founder Interface
Working closely with the founder, who remains involved at a strategic level
Respecting a clearly defined model while improving execution
Bringing structure, discipline, and scale thinking to an already strong concept
What This Role Is Not
To avoid any confusion, this role is not:
A sales or marketing execution role
A "do everything yourself" position
A role for someone who needs to reinvent the business model
A position for someone who improvises without process
We are specifically seeking someone who:

In the first 6–12 months, success would look like:
A stable, documented operating model
Clear metrics and reporting across all functions
A leadership structure that does not depend on the founder
Profitable expansion into new regions
A business that is demonstrably ready for national and international rollout
