Physiotherapist - Rehab at Home (Level 2)
Join our dynamic SVVH Rehab at Home team and help transform recovery journeys for patients following elective orthopaedic surgery. As a Physiotherapist, you'll deliver short-term rehabilitation services in the comfort of patients' homes, supporting their recovery and helping them achieve optimal outcomes. You'll work closely with care coordinators and administration staff, using both in-person and virtual care platforms to provide tailored, evidence-based physiotherapy.
About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist with demonstrated experience in the health care sector to join our team. This position is open for full-time work, and we also welcome candidates with part-time availability to apply.
On a daily basis you will:
* Deliver high quality evidence-based physiotherapy services in person and virtually across a range of community programs.
* Communicate assessment and treatment outcomes to nursing, medical and other Allied Health staff.
* Organise and implement in-service training sessions for staff, the physiotherapy assistants, students and volunteers.
* Guide administrative team tasks and support workload prioritisation.
Your Contribution
* Recent experience in and knowledge of physiotherapy management in an acute or subacute health care setting.
* Current registration with AHPRA, Physiotherapy Degree, as well as a valid driver's license and access to a reliable car.
