About the role
Sorrisos Toukley is seeking a passionate part time Front of Staff to join our dynamic team in Toukley, NSW 2263. As a Front of Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our valued guests.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
Taking food and beverage orders and communicating them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff
Delivering food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
Maintaining a clean and well-organised dining area
Assisting with any customer inquiries or requests
Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role in the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
A positive, friendly and customer-focused attitude
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
A passion for providing exceptional customer service
