Responsibilities
* Provide clients with financial advice tailored to their needs and goals.
* Ensure performance objectives are met including advice quality, customer satisfaction and service delivery, compliance, business growth and retention.
* Support clients through digital platforms by providing holistic financial advice.
* Assist clients to understand complex concepts in a simple, straightforward way.
* Understand the customer's circumstances, objectives and needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing clients.
Qualifications & Experience
* Completion of FASEA educational requirements.
* Registered on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register.
* Experience working as a Financial Planner.
* Experience in all areas of advice, including protection conversations.
* Real passion for financial advice with a strong customer focus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Creative mind with a positive attitude.
